How Usage Works

Combined Session Quotas

Sessions are counted combined across both USSD and WhatsApp flows. An interaction session starts when a customer initiates a menu/chat and ends when it completes or times out.

• Starter: 100 combined sessions / month included.
• Professional: 10,000 combined sessions / month.
• Business: 100,000 combined sessions / month.
• Extra Sessions: $5 per additional 5,000 sessions (only $0.001 / session effective rate) on paid plans.

AI Tokens & Top-ups

AI assistant conversation turns processed by AI nodes or AI-generated flow templates consume your account's AI tokens. Normal structured routing does not consume tokens.

• Monthly Reset: Tokens are reset back to your plan's full quota on each monthly billing cycle.
